Candles are made after you order, so the estimate is 4–12 business days in total including production. Tracking is provided whenever available. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, send us your order number and we investigate with the carrier.
A jar arrived broken
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the product and the packaging. Depending on the case we send a replacement or refund, and you normally do not have to return the damaged item.

Pick "Wholesale & custom" in the form and tell us the quantity, the date, and the sentence you want on the label.
